This is the first in series of drawing inspired by standup paddle boarding around the Kent coast in south east UK. These pieces focus on the reflections in the never-still, shallow waters at the feet of the iconic white cliffs, and reflections of Kent's dramatic skies.
The chalk cliffs themselves have been captured countless times, and often form the subject of my own work. But here it is the echo of their presence and how they affect the waters that interests me.
